This website is the ZenForm storefront. It presents the bags, takes a bag, and sends you to Shopify to pay. ZenForm is the name on the shop. The order, payment, and tax are completed on Shopify checkout.

The goods

Titles, colors, prices, and whether a bag can be ordered come from the Shopify catalog. A price on this site is an offer to treat. The amount you pay is the one shown on the checkout page before you confirm the order. If a bag is marked unavailable, it cannot be added.

Orders

Placing an order forms a contract when Shopify accepts payment. Your confirmation email is the record of that order: the bag, the color, the price, and the delivery address. If something in that email does not match what you meant to buy, reply to it before the order ships.

Name and pictures

The ZenForm name, the mark, and the design of this site belong to ZenForm. You may look at them and buy from the shop. You may not copy the site or use the name as if it were your own. Product photographs are here to show the bags. Some wider pictures on the site are lifestyle images and are not a promise of a particular setting or result.

What we say about the bags

Descriptions cover capacity, materials, and how a bag is carried. They are written in good faith. They are not a guarantee that a bag will suit every trip, and they do not replace the fit and finish you can see in the photographs. Comments shown beside a product are sample notes for the shop. They are not a warranty and they are not a substitute for your own order.

Your rights

Nothing on this page removes rights you have under the consumer law of the country you buy from. If a bag arrives damaged or is not the one you ordered, write to the address on your Shopify confirmation and we will sort it from there.
