Privacy policy

This page says what this website stores on your device, and what leaves the site when you look at a bag or check out. Payment details are entered on Shopify. They are not typed into ZenForm and they are not kept here.

The bag

While you shop, the bags you add are kept in a cookie on your device so the bag is still there when you come back. That cookie holds the line, the quantity, and the price. It is not an account, and it is not sold.

Checkout

Checkout opens on Shopify. Shopify then handles your name, delivery address, email, and payment so the order can be taken and shipped. Their own privacy terms apply to that step. We use the order to fulfill what you bought and to answer you if you write about it.

Measuring the shop

When Meta Pixel is configured, it may record a page view, a product view, adding a bag, and starting checkout. When Google Analytics is configured, it records the same kind of visit: which pages are opened, which bag is viewed, and whether a checkout starts. Both are used to see how the shop is used. They are not used to take payment.

What we do not do

We do not sell your details. We do not ask you to create an account on this site. A review form on a product page is a preview and does not store what you type.

Asking about your order

For a copy of an order, or to ask what was kept about a purchase, use the contact on your Shopify confirmation. That is the record of the sale.
